Hello! I'm Georgia, a Cornish based photographer and videographer and the face behind Auri Creative. I love to use my camera to help share stories of love, lifestyle and the outdoors. I specialise in in-water photography and drone work. I have a degree in Marine and Natural History Photography and a background in the outdoor industry, I am never far from nature (usually with my rescue dog Lakey by my side!) and this has helped shape my ethos and style, in both photography and filmmaking. Over the last couple of years I’ve been slowly rambling along the South West Coast Path. I’ve got favourite routes that me and Lakey return to time and time again, but today was one of those wonderful days where we got to complete a new stretch with my Dad.

Inbetween the wind and showers, spring teased us with her warm sunshine and flecks of yellow gorse. It has got me so excited for warmer days and exploring new parts of home.

A slow Cornish summer’s evening 🌞

I think like so many people I have a love/hate relationship with social media. We are told we must use it to gain business but that to me sparks off some huge demand avoidance and kills creativity! I worry so much about what I post, what people will think and will it “gain me followers”. But, my platform my rules and, to me, insta can be just another creative space to explore. And being creative is all about playing & being curious! And sometimes all that is, is going for a walk with your phone and seeing what captures your eye!

So enjoy my playful ramblings along the coast path with my pooch and at some point some professional work will make its way onto this little random space on the internet. 🌞

And the skies are not grey ☁️

I took the dog out for a walk Sunday evening and as we walked round the corner and I saw the sky I sprinted back for my camera! I have this odd feeling that I shouldn’t take my camera everywhere with me and make sure I just enjoy being present, but I am so glad I went back for it and I definitely think I need to break my own rule more often.
